This is the lake house you've been dreaming of! It is located on the desirable south shore of Crystal Lake and walking distance from the quaint Village of Beulah. There's room for your whole gang! Perfect for family reunions & multiple families. Home offers over 3800 sq. feet of spacious living, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas range, ice maker, bar area that seats 3, large dining table that seats 8, as well as large outdoor farm table right off kitchen overlooking lake. Enjoy the massive great room with cathedral ceilings, 2-sided brick gas fireplace which sits between main living area and an additional cozy sitting area. Spectacular views from every window! Additional living space in the partial basement which offers a large sectional couch, large screen TV, game table, and walk out to second level deck. Also included are basic cable, wireless internet, board games, & gas grill. Separate laundry room has newer large capacity washer/dryer, sink, iron/ironing board & additional storage for your use.

Home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Owner offers nice, clean & updated linens for renters use. Owner will also provide a limited number of bath towels & linens for renters use. (Approx enough to accommodate 20 ppl.) Beach towels are not provided.
The exterior of the home offers: Multilevel decks, wraps around 3 side of the home, plenty of seating for relaxing and dining as you take in the views! The home is nestled on a hillside. Long stretch of steps leads to expansive private sandy beach that offer a patio/deck with loungers & beach chairs for your pleasure. Enjoy the large sand volleyball court, fire pit, over 90 ft private dock, and 2 paddle boards. Betsie Bay Trail runs along beach area where you can enjoy walking, running and biking. Marina is directly across the lake which provides, ski boat, pontoon boats, jet skis and other water toys for rent. Renters will need to provide own life jackets. Our property offers all the parking you could need. Large parking area in front of the home, as well as parking at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the beach. Easy beach access for those who don't want to take the stairs. (approx 70 steps) Great exercise!
Winter getaway, close to skiing at Crystal Mountain, great for ice fishing and all outdoor activities.
*OFF SEASON Cancellation Policy- In the event renter requests to cancel reservation at any time, the security deposit ($1000) and the first installment payment (half of the rental fee) will be forfeited. Cancellation within 90 days of rental period any and all paid rental fees are forfeited.

Summary: We had a group of 16 (7 adults and 9 kids) stay here for a long ski weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. The upstairs combined bedrooms was perfect for our kids to be able to go to and allowed the parents to stay up a little later at night and not worry about waking any of them. The kitchen was big enough for our breakfast/dinner needs, and the living room/basement allowed for everyone to be able to relax after a long day on the slopes. This house is a quick drive to get to Crystal Mountain, so it made for easy trips over or to bring kiddos back when they were finished for the day. The only downfall of this house is the accessibility during northern Michigan winters. The drive was plowed prior to our getting there and the day we left, but we were getting a few inches of snow each day during our stay. We had a minivan in our group that had issues getting in/out of the private drive. I do not hold this against the host or the quality of their wonderful home - I just want to let others be aware of a potential issue that can be easily avoided. I highly recommend taking a 4 wheel drive vehicle to ensure that you have no issues. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend any other larger group stay here. We will keep an eye out for it next winter when we go back up north again for a ski trip!

Summary: From the start, Janay was so welcoming. We were able to stay at their beautiful home with a group of friends for a ski weekend! Our large group fit perfectly at this house. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Janay was quick to respond if we ever needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful week staying in this lake house. It is well-maintained and feels like home. We love how the bedroom areas are separated. There is plenty of room to spread out. The deck has a great view of the lake. The beach area has enough room for all of us to hang out and play. We love the fire pit on the deck.

Summary: Lots of beds and space to spread out! We had 4 families and it was perfect! Crystal Mountain was a short 10-15minute drive so coming back to this beautiful home and having dinner and driving back was perfect for skiing!

Summary: The Lake House was just as shown on the VRBO site. Very roomy. A perfect space for my family group of fourteen. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom accommodations and living space for my wife and I, our three adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren. Property owner was very helpful in keeping this trip a surprise for my wife’s birthday.
